Property and Cancellation Policies :
- For a free refund, cancellations must be received 24 hours or more before the check in time (14:00) of the night that you want to cancel. Please take note that if you booked through a third party organisation, you have to get in touch with that agency to get your deposit back.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before arriving we have saved the bed for you and will have to charge you for the first nights stay or your deposit.

Check-In and Check-out
- Check-out time is 12:00
- Check-out after 12:00 could be charged as extra fees
- Check-in time is 14:00
- Check-in before 14:00 might be possible but depends on availability
- If you check-out later than 12:00 we have to charge you for one extra night
- Extending your stay might be possible depending on availability, but let us know as soon as possible!
- The deposit for making your reservation is the amount of your first night's stay
- Cancellations must be received 24 hours before your arrival date to get back a full refund of the paid deposit.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the day of your arrival we can not give back the paid deposit
- In case of unforseen circumstances we reserve the right to cancel reservations at anytime. In that case we will refund you for any nights not spent
- We cannot guarantee that group bookings for shared accommodation will be put in the same room, although we will try our best to keep groups together.
- For the check-in procedure we need photo identification in the form of a current passport.
- Smoking is not allowed in the shared rooms, private rooms, shared bathroom and shower facilities. It is allowed in Indie Café, the Hostel reception area and the rooftop terrace.
- You will be held responsible for any reasonable costs of repairing, cleaning or replacing any damaged/lost property.
- We expect everyone to behave in a reasonable and responsible manner so you don't disturb other guests. Should you fail this, we will ask you to leave the hostel without a refund for any nights already booked and pay for all your outstanding balances right away.
